Healthy Initiatives with Vionic & Boston Charitable Events

Though I maintain myself to be an advocate for SLE (Systemic Lupus Erythematosus), participating in spreading awareness and fundraising, I also believe strongly in supporting others causes, equally so.

In May of 2014, I will be  the Boston Avon Walk for Breast Cancer in honor of someone very special to me (whose identity I wish to keep private.)

If you are able to donate even 5 dollars, every gift is appreciated.

In addition, I am participating in Vionic’s 2014 walkabout challenge and in collaboration, 

they sent me a pair of their endlessly comfortable Zen Walkers for both events.

Lightweight yet durable, the Zen promotes comfort and stability, 

helping it’s wearer reduce aches and pains while maintaining an active lifestyle.

I was rightfully impressed with the sneaker, from the antimicrobial cloth to control foot odor, to the Orthaheel and EVA Biomechanical Technologies that help realign the lower legs.
