I had the most lovely Friendsgiving on Thursday, lots of wonderful people and delicious food.

The next day we had lunch with family before heading to Plum Island for dessert!

It was wonderful to spend some time with M’s sister and mother as they’re both so sweet (and funny!
Of course as we decided to snap a few photos the sun was conveniently setting…
The next day we slept in a bit before heading to Atkinson Country Club for lunch.
I saw this guy on our way there however, so we made a stop to snap a quick photo!

We made the spontaneous decision to head to Maine and spent the day touring Kennebunk and Wells.
The owner (and artist) was so welcoming and even let us into an area he did not have open to the public.
He’s also an avid blog follower and promised to check out mine!
Being the waterbabies that we are, a stop at the beach was an absolute essential.
We also saw The Dallas Buyers Club – I highly recommend it!
Funny yet thought provoking and touching upon some serious issues.
